At Poverty Hollow Primitives, we want our customers to be satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us within 14 days from the date of the shipment. You will be issued a return authorization. Once we receive your item we will issue credit less any shipping charges.

Please Note: Products returned must be in resalable condition without damage or alteration.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

Shipping:
If you are interested in one of our larger pieces, please email us first to see if we can work out something with the shipping. We ship using UPS or USPS depending on the size of your order.

We will be happy to deliver within a 120 mile radius for a nominal fee or you may pick up at our home/workshop in Newtown, CT.

Wholesale: We are currently accepting Wholesale accounts. Since our prices are already considered wholesale, however, we offer an additional 20% savings on select items. There is no minimum order required.
