Poverty Hollow Primitives can be resold in Retail shops, online stores or craft vendor fairs/shows. Please make all wholesale orders online via the Wholesale Site. If you cannot make the order via the website (for technical reasons), please email us and you will receive an invoice via Pay Pal. A confirmation receipt will be sent to confirm order and payment.
Web resellers must provide a website address with their first order so that adherence to these and all other terms can be confirmed. Also note that our images, photos, graphics, and item descriptions may NOT be reproduced in any way. If you would like to use images on your site please send an e-mail for written approval. Accompanying the request you must provide detailed information with usage as to why you need to use the above. Advertised specials are for RETAIL customers only and are not applied to wholesale orders. Seasonally, there will be special discounts or coupons supplied to wholesale customers. Orders are typically processed within 10-15 business days. If ordering handmade items please note the creation time and deliverable times could change. Immediate shipping may vary depending on busy season. Furniture orders items typically take longer-the larger the order the longer to process/ship. If there will be a delay in shipping I will notify you by email. Note that any orders with large quantities of items will take longer to process. E-mail confirmation will be sent if delivery of items will be delayed.
All payments should be made in US funds and can be done through PAYPAL, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. All shipments must be made residences or business addresses -- no P.O. boxes. Shipping charges will be added automatically be charged as set forth on calculators for the retail site. The shopping cart automatically adds these charges in. Sometimes shipping charges are more than originally billed. Overages will be billed. Every effort will be made to either refund the difference if shipping is under initial shipping cost. Overages will not be incurred. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Refunds/Canceled orders, etc: Claims for damaged goods must be made immediately. Refunds for shipments such as these will not be given until we receive the refund from the shipper first. Please save all packing materials with damaged shipments in case UPS or USPS needs to inspect them. Returns are at the discretion of Poverty Hollow Primitives and require prior approval before the return. Only new and unopened/unused items may be returned. Refunds will NOT be given unless items are defective, and the defect was not caused during shipment. Please note our furniture is handmade and made to look primitive and aged and therefore is not deemed defective. All refunds will be in Store Credit-less fee to restock if applicable. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
